We hope you love LightMass^ as much as we do, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 28 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are in their original, resalable condition. Please inspect your order upon arrival, and note that shipping, handling, and other charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all returns should be sent to the following address:

Before returning any items, please notify our customer service team at info@light-mass.com. Returns sent without prior notification may be lost or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that hard-wired items, including pendants, ceiling lights, and chandeliers, cannot be returned once installed unless proven faulty.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can investigate and resolve it. Replacements will be issued where necessary.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Hard-wired items (e.g., pendants, ceiling lights, chandeliers) cannot be returned once installed, unless faulty. If you experience an issue with a hard-wired product, reach out to info@light-mass.com for assistance.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, pending quality inspection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued if the item is damaged during installation or by a third party. If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@light-mass.com.
